"Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and cost me a lot of money. I visited their store during my trip when I got a check engine lamp. At first they seemed confident and made me feel in good hands. I had my timing belt changed after a whole day and drove through Death Valley to the California side. The next morning the car wouldn't start. Check engine lamp again. Hopefully it did not happen in Death Valley!!! However, everything was closed the next couple of days due to holidays. I had to get a tow and had my car reinspected. They found the timing belt off by a tooth, definitely misplaced the first time. I was just lucky it did not occur in the desert. Therefore, they had to redo all the labor work again, that cost a little more than 1000. In addition to the extra days spent in a hotel and eating outside. Moreover, Tire Works never returned neither my voice mail nor my first two calls to answer me why that happened. Only after I sent them an email through the official site, a month later, the manager called me, first thing the next morning, telling me he did not know anything and expressing his sincere condolences. I asked for my money back, because they did not perform the work correctly and put my family in a stressful situation. He made silly excuses, said he will look into it... Never called me back! Unprofessional! Consider other options if you can..."

"Jerry Carrington was so helpful and professional. They didn’t hesitate at all taking my car in. It’s not easy finding parts for my car. He went the extra mile to find a fuel pump for my car which was going to take 2 weeks to come in and he even ate some of the cost. Highly recommend them. Will always take my car there. Great place."

"I made a 8:15am appointment for an oil change, tire install and a brake inspection. They completed the oil change and confirmed the details of the tire installation. I went to the DMV and returned around 11:45am to see my car parked in the same location as when I left. Spoke to the desk and was assured I would be serviced next. At 12:50pm, my car had be relocated to another parking spot and the techs still hadn’t changed my tires. At 1:00pm, I paid for my oil change and attempted to leave but there were so many cars in the “parking lot” that I was boxed in. Spent 5+ hrs at this establishment and all I have to show for it is an oil change. All the employees were pleasant and welcoming though"
