"So far Doug Nixon plumbing has been great for me. Installed new furnace and added A/C. They repaired a main water valve encasement that was broken by a snow plow. They repaired it quickly and looks better than maybe when the city installed it the first time or the builder that built the home. For me what I have paid for the new furnace and A/C was fair. I do come from the Bay Area so?"

"I have lived in South Lake Tahoe since 1999. I wanted to get the furnace cleaned. First, I called and left a message Monday morning and never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and left a message and a woman called me back. She identified herself as the secretary and she was incredibly rude. I asked very basic questions and she said she just does the booking and doesn’t know anything about the services offered. She was very rude on the phone and very unprofessional. I would never treat anyone the way she did on the phone"
