The academy is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Classes involve dynamic warm ups, learning the technique of the day, drilling the concepts, and then positional sparring to apply the techniques in real time. We are visiting from LA and dropped in for a class, we truly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to come back to train next time we are back in Oahu.
