"Ordered a family meal with variety and got on legs and thighs. Also added an extra side of Mac and cheese and did not get it. Not sure how it took as long as it did and still had a terrible experience. Totally ruined dinner for my family. Highly doubt I’ll come to this location again. Check your food for everything before you leave."
"Posted closing time said 8pm, arrived at 7:50 to order but kitchen already cleaned and they said they were closed. I asked what time they close, they said 8pm. I noted it was 7:50, he then said, oh I mean 7:00, I said it’s posted 8, he said oh it’s a holiday. I said what holiday, he said yes hesitantly, MLK day, I said that’s next week…the he just walked away."
"The layout of the menu is misleading. In big print it says a biscuit comes with a combo. Then I’m small print it explains a biscuit does not come with 1, 2, or 3. That’s 3/7 half the combos. I ordered a 1 thinking go I was getting a biscuit and didn’t see the fine print. Other than that my sandwich was good."
