"This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kailua Kona. Very family friendly and conveniently located. I love talking about this neighborhood to my clients. Lots of workout opportunities and Blue Park is always busy with kids and families."
"The houses are located way too close together everybody's in everyone's business and the homeowners association has more rules than you can dream of don't try to hang your laundry up and to save energy and be more energy efficient individuals cuz it's against the rules to have a laundry line in your backyard. At least the lady who works for the homeowners association that comes around and takes photographs of anybody in violation of the rules is nice enough."

"I was out knocking door to door and met 2 home owners in Pualani Estates Subdivision, they both listed with me and my team. We sold them both! One moved off island in 2018. Raynette moved off island in 2019. Both sold in 19-80 days. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kona."
