"I've been with Marcus Property Management for about 10 years on Laau street. Good place? good area. Only problem I have now is My neighbor apt#8 seems to "ALWAYS" be bringing out his trash and leaving it by the door for days at a time. It smells like a dead animal. The smell goes directly into my room and stinks up the home. He also has 2 non working vans in stalls that could be used be tenants with running vehicles. We don't see him cause he's either out or working all night? Once in a blue moon we see him in day light. Not to complain but talk about common courtesy and being a mindful neighbor. There is no security to report cause they do not answer their phones at all. My wife has brought this to managements attention and I hope it gets addressed soon? If not I am going to approach the neighbor and tell him to remove the trash Verbally which no one should.On top of that I know ow some years back he had a hording issue where his family came to help and dump I think that's the problem he doesn't k ow how to let go items even if it is trash? Sorry for the inconvenience but something needs to be done asap. Also can't post pictures on here would be nice of could. Thank you"
