"The legends are true. Bond is indeed HIM! Came home 2 hours after requesting maintenance and it was all taken care of. Quiet neighborhood so far considering how many people live here. Parking can get tricky after 5pm and inconvenient after 8pm, but still a better experience than most places I've been to in honolulu. Pool is amazing and gym is awesome too! Definitely so nice to come home to this place."

"I couldn't move out of these apartments fast enough. The parking was terrible, they kept adding reserve spots. Maintenance personnel were always parked in available spots. At one time there were maintenance golf carts taking up 3 spots. There's no noise control so if someone is playing music at 2am you'll hear it until they turn it off. They don't control the smokers so you'll likely smell cigarette smoke regularly. The "guard shack" can't give temporary passes. There's no visitor parking past 5pm. The pool was almost always dirty. Laundry machines were disgusting and half were broken. The laundry machines use a special card and the machines to add more money to your card is almost always broken and the office thought it was funny when asked about it. Rats, roaches, and ants were a constant. They tell you electric is not included and is $125-ish a month but they fail to tell you about water, sewer, and trash fees so make sure you read all of the documents. And register your car through the third party upon move in. I wasn't given all of the information when we got the keys and my car was towed. Then the office had complication giving me the code to register my car. The office staff is rude and rarely helpful. It may look nice on the surface when they show you the pool, fitness center, and upgraded apartment but don't fall for it!"

"This review is about Ed who cleans the many stairways here daily at the Moanalua Hillside Apartments. Ed is a consistent and very hard worker who truly cares about the well-being of the people who live here and the areas he tends to. He power washes, cleans and sweeps the stairways making sure they are free from debris and safe to walk on. We consider ourselves lucky to get to see him every morning cleaning the stairway downward from our apartment leaving it fantastically clean! Ed is soft spoken, polite and greets us by our names. His smile and positivity makes our day. Thank you Ed for being so dependable and courteous, keep up the great work!!! :)"
