"Terrible office staff. Very rude . If you want to be talked to like a kid come here. If you like waiting 30 min past your appointment time come here. They will cancel your appointment if your 10 min late. However Dr.s can run late everyday. Worst Healthcare experience I've had. Now the office on fort apache is very professional. Stay away from this office and their rude staff members."
"The doctor is great but if you call the office and ask the nurse any questions they either don’t answer the phone or they say oh let me ask the doctor and call you back, which they never do. If you make an appointment don’t expect to get in on time you have to wait at least 2-3 hours after your scheduled time to see the doctor. Very unreliable and unprofessional staff starting from the schedulers and ending with the nurses."
"I have had 9 defibrillator implanted Dr navirtial of prime cardiology is the best I have had 2 other heart doctors in Las Vegas that implanted 6 different defibrillators that got infected! And Dr David navirtial implanted the other 3 and I had no problems with infection I currently have a Defibrillator that he implanted as far as I I am concerned no one else will ever touch me! He is the best cardiologist doctor in Vegas if you have had any problems with any other cardiologist go see him at prime cardiology!"
"If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional place. They canceled 2 of my appointments the day before. Not everyone can keep requesting days off work to just have their appointment canceled."
