OptumCare Primary Care at Pecos

"I was in a motorcycle accident. It’s been about 4 months since. I came to this office for a primary because I broke 9 bones including my shoulder, femur, neck and back. I had surgery on my shoulder and femur. I thought this office would be good. My first doc was Dr Joslin. I saw him once . Then I got Dr Paige. She seems nice and all but I don’t really think this office had my best interest at heart. I came in to get FLMA paperwork filled out. This would have been my 4th time going so they have seen my file. Btw I was in the hospital for 30 days. Dr Paige refused to fill out FMLA paperwork. I pleaded with her that this was to protect my job and ensure that my insurance cost stayed the same while I was out of work. She again refused. She said “she can’t excuse me from work” I again explained that I do not nor have I ever needed an excuse from work. It’s actually the opposite I need a note from my surgeons clearing me to go back to work which will not include her. I feel as though she still did not understand. Maybe she is new, who knows. Luckily I work with a pretty understanding company so they gave me some time until one of my surgeons could fill out the paperwork. But to say the least, with the doctors knowing what I had been though and my intense surgeries. You would think they would fill out easy paperwork. That helps me keep my job. This office cause me so much stress and anxiety that I was already having due to this accident. I don’t not recommend this place what so ever. I will say the front desk staff is amazing though. The docs just don’t know what they are doing when it comes to really important paperwork."

"While the check-in process is slow and tedious, all but two people I've dealt with there have been very friendly and helpful."

"Worst service I have ever experienced. I am Diabetic and "Dr." Roshni Graydus refuses to fill my INSULIN prescription so that I can LIVE. I was under the impression that Doctors were meant to help people, but she refuses to uphold her oath as a physician and take care of her patients. Her actions and behavior are abhorrent."

"Waited all day for an appointment (scheduled between 8-2) and then nurse says she's here but never rang the doorbell to let me know that then says I have to reschedule (wait another month and a half to be seen)! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have had 2 falls, and just diagnosed with heart failure and JESSICA ROWLAND couldn't even ring the door bell to see me. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!"

"Just felt like posting a review because they have one review, and it's negative, which is totally unwarranted. I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with everyone from the front of the office towards the back and everything in between. Wait times are great, and the doctors are really patient and willing to answer all my annoying questions."
