"Wish I could give this store zero stars the older white lady with glasses that works on Saturdays’s pm specifically 8/12/23 at 2:11am is the worst worker I have ever experienced In retail…. Well, taking beers out of her cooler one exploded all over me and she asked me to pick/wipe up the mess. And hurry and pay!!! Because of her I’ll never stay at that hotel or shop there again, especially after she threatened to call security, and her main boss… because I wouldn’t clean up the mess. And bring the beer can to her “before she had to clean “MY MESS”"
"Phenomenal customer service! Rob helped us find a XXXL Vegas Knights shirt at their other location within about an hour of Game 3. Rob was super cool, professional, and helpful. The casinos on the strip could take a lesson from Rob in customer service. Great job Rob, and Great job Circa!!!!"
