"I've been going to this shell station for a while now, and they lost a customer when they charged me fifty cents for filling up a small cooler with ice in the middle of winter. Not only did they not tell me till the end. After I filled it but they were really rude throughout the process.... The woman who works there is always rude and it's enough reason not to go."
"Been going there for years for a hand wash and interior cleanup. In the middle of April, went and was told XXXX no longer worked there. Price of wash nearly DOUBLED and the wash was mediocre at best. The wipe down of exterior plastic components was only half done and the interior looked like it never was touched. I'm gone!"
"Worst customer service ever! Prior to me being helped the larger Caucasian bearded gentleman behind the cash register held his private conversation for a good 3min without paying me any attention. Then when I asked for specific product he started having an attitude. I'm NOT spending my money here ever again and will be sure to let others know to do the same."
"Most rudest manager. They try to fight with customers. Don't honer a receipt over a week old. 20.00 car wash. Won't give names so I could speak with owners son whom was there. Shame on you picking on a senior citizen."
