"Went to 7-11 and paid under $9.00 with points of 470/490. Went today 2 days later (4 March 2024) and paid almost $10.00. Asked why and the lady stated it changed every month and was 500 points this month to get discount! That was a flat out lie since I got discount under $9.00 on 2 March. Very poor service when employees lie to customers! Corner of Fremont and 15th Street"

"Service is good here as long as you go in the afternoon when the order foreign guy is not working. The only reason I say that is because he isn't sure how to load money on certain cards. The service is good and fast and the food is hot and fresh. However, there are a lot of people outside asking for money."

"This store doesn't accept coupons for cigarettes. On top of that, they wouldn't even scan their own app to give me the Marlboro discount. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! There is always a long line with one cashier, even though there are three people working. I've noticed that a lot of 7-Elevens in the area quit taking electronics coupons - thank you to the scammers that used fake coupons and spoiled it for the rest of us! You need better training on coupons for your workers instead of refusing to take coupons. Until you put your customer first, your business is just going to continue to decline."

"I'm very disappointed with this 7-Eleven and how it's ran. The people who run this store does not do a very good job. Their microwave remains broken all the time, I get it, the store sees a lot of homeless people coming in and using it and probably breaking it. But still speaking of the homeless, the staff there does a poor job of keeping them away they're like vultures preying on people for money. Sure I could go elsewhere but there isn't another close by"

"Funny thing is, I wrote this exact thing for the 711 down the street. But it applies to both of them. You might get jumped and robbed, however the clerks are all friendly. The clientele is very very very bad. There’s been 2 shootings here in the last 4-5 months. Homeless stand outside and harass and beg anybody who comes near the front doors. At least these clerks are nice, helpful, and clean. That’s the biggest difference between the two. There are many other convenience store choices than this 7-Eleven."
