"I didn't have a mask. I ask them for a complimentary mask because I am a truck driver and don't know where masks are mandatory. She immediately got hateful and told me to leave. I went and got a mask and when I went back into the store she said something which I didn't understand but I asked for the key to the restroom politely. I told her that in my opinion if you're going to require a mask you should provide it to people who don't have them or are from out of state. She then blocked the bathroom door and made me leave. WHAT KIND OF HATEFUL PEOPLE ARE YOU EMPLOYING. I JUST WANTED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND BUY FUEL. Her attitude just cost this company a 400.00 fuel sale."

"This convenient store is very convenient for me. They are very close to my home and always have what I need. I usually go there every other day or so to get me done cigars. And they have a really good selection of them as well."

"I refuse to give this place a dime or my time. An advertisement sign had fallen onto the floor n it was upside down, so it was the white side up. I had my arms loaded with stuff to buy n I slipped n slid n went flying n landed on the ground. I am already considered disabled because of physical issues n pain n the staff all knew that from me going in there almost daily for 4 years. When I fell, a glass jar of ranch chip dip I had broke. One of the employees got the broom n dust pan n swept the glass up n cleaned up the mess. I asked for them to call 911 cuz I was hurt n they refused to call or help me up. The lady said it was time for her to get off n wasn't dealing with all this n clocked out n left. Which I know at most companies, if any kind of incident happens while on your shift, you are not to leave. Regardless if it is almost your time to get off. Finally, a customer helped me up n I sat on a display of cases of beer they had n called 911, since they still refused to. While I waited for 911, the guy took the sign I slipped on n went n hid it or threw it away or whatever. That is how I knew what I slipped on n there was also my shoe print on it. Then he got all in my face cursing profusely at me calling me all sorts of the "B" word n telling me good luck on trying to sue them. How it was my own fault. I need to be watching where I am walking. And said I tripped on my own cuz there isn't anything on the floor. Just going on n on cursing n the only thing I had ever said was if someone could call 911. The paramedics came, but really didn't do anything or care either. The GV employee refused to give me an incident report to fill out n refused to call someone higher up than him. It turned into a big run around of noone caring or doing anything, not even corporate. But to thank me for being A Loyal Customer, they did send me a $100 gift card. Thanks for the insult on top of the injury Green Valley!"

"09/09\17 11:00 pm came to by something for my sick doughter and the door is lock and, dont have any signs on the door im waiting for like 20 min and finaly they tell me they are changing shifts. Omg!!!! Come on put a sign so people can deside if they want to wait or go somewhere else."

"There always seems to have a gauntlet of indigent people standing around the front door, and parking lot, sweating people for money ,and cigarettes. Making it very uncomfortable . My wife would rather drive further up the street, to another store, than go into Green Valley Grocery, on Lamb and Alexander. The employees there however, are very nice, and professional."
