"I was coming in to purchase something from the store and the manager or employee whichever one he is, greets me by telling me I have to leave my bag at the front. I didn’t mind the rule at all, but I did ask where at the front and he points to the floor at the front of the counter and states, you can leave it on the counter or on the floor. I have valuable things in my backpack and I don’t leave my backpack in any place where it could easily get taken and no one accounts for it. I then asked if I could leave my bag behind the counter so that no one could take it and he says no. He states that they don’t keep bags behind the counter and if I don’t want to leave my bag I can leave the store. It’s not ethical to ask people to leave their bags in a location where someone could take it or take things out of it. No matter what the rule is, that is still a risk and if you’re going to have the rule, at least have a location for people to leave it where its safe."

"3 people at the ice cream counter and not one of them would help us. "We're having a shift change" we were told. Well don't have a shift change in front of the customers. Also, doesn't a shift change mean that your replacements are here to take your place?? And do all three people need to change at the same time? And it takes 3 people to run the ice cream counter???? Save your money and go to the McD's across the street."

"the people here are soo nice its like southern hospitality. and they have fresh thrifty ice cream and they always make sure its a pint or a little over. the store is always mopped and swept, and the snack selection is amazing. i do wish they had twister juices though. they taste like popsicle juice."

"I’ve been coming to this store since I was 8 years old, never been treated the way that the new cashier “SHA” treated me. I came in to purchase ice cream and I stood in front of the ice cream counter to order as I always have for several years. She was doing something by the soda fountains and when she saw us she went back to stand on the register and didn’t say anything … Than shouted with absolute attitude “if you want ice cream you gotta pay for it first!” And I said to her I’m sorry there should be a sign, because I’ve been coming her since I was 8 years old and I’ve always ordered the ice cream first and than paid. She says “There is a sign!!” She sounded so irritated… I was going to purchase more items but with her heavy breathing while she was getting my ice cream I decided to take my business somewhere else. I’ve always experienced very friendly cashiers at this store but this time it wasn’t the case. Jenny is a nice one, Lea and some others. But this one… Big mistake hiring her!"
