"They try to sell you open cigarettes pack . First time I didn’t catch it till o got home . Today I looked and I got attitudes about asking for a refund. Cigarettes don’t taste like it should. I be looking to see where I can officially file a complaint"
"For the last few months the cashiers had been terrible, lazy and bad attitude, especially Coby. Shaking his head every time a customer walks into the store. It is pretty sad watching attendants with unhappy faces. Managment need address this issue please!"
"Rude employees. Went to get my "free" medium drink with the overpriced car wash. Got soda and waited in line with my receipt. The cashier said, "i have to give you the cup", but wouldn't give me one. When I asked what I should do with the soda I had poured, she just stared at me with her hands on her hips.I finally just left. REALLY??? Attitude over a Coke? You lost my business."
"Other oil change services are closer to my house, but I had such good service before at this Terribles location, I went back. I was not disappointed! They not only did an excellent job going over maintenance needs without all the usual sales pressure, but they completed all my service requests in a timely manner and did a great job at a very reasonable cost! In addition, I had a sliding door on my van that wouldn't close all the way. They took the time to check it out and fixed it in a matter of minutes... Above and beyond!!! I can''t thank them enough. I can say with much confidence, this is much better service than I've gotten at other Terribles (or any service station) in the Las Vegas valley."
"The worst Terrible's of all the locations I've been to. Went to the carwash and they had no record of my unlimited plan that I paid for. Then they tried to decline my service. Finally got the two individuals to accommodate me being that I drove so far for this location and it's not my fault they cant find it. I showed them my paid bank statement and they still weren't interested in servicing me. After the wash I tried to vacuum and it was not working. Asked the attendants why, they said it's been off all day because of the weather. The two attendants were pure LAZY! I've never been to a paid service that you had to do everything yourself. Their attitudes were like..I don't care if you get serviced or not. I will never come back to this location and dont recommend it to others!"
