Marriott's Grand Chateau

"I rarely rate and am loyal to Marriott but my service experience here was poor. I stayed 5 nights for a conference and my room was never cleaned, nor any towels replaced, bed made, coffee refilled, trash cans emptied etc… I had to call the front desk and ask them to come and do this multiple times. I stay about 35-50 nights in marriotts per year and this usually is not the case. I also had a family issue come up and had to leave early and they would not cancel a day off my 5 nights and actually told me the rate would go up if I cancelled. I am platinum Marriott and thought my 400+ nights of loyalty to Marriott would help, but it doesn’t seem to matter in Vegas."

"Stayed here in the smaller villa for the first time and I really liked it! The view was wonderful since we were facing the strip. The only thing I had an issue with was one of the pillows were dirty but housekeeping were super kind. Valet was covered but it does take a while to receive your car, however everyone was super sweet and there are plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby."

But that's not all; the hotel boasts an incredible rooftop bar and pool, offering breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. Sipping cocktails by the poolside while taking in the dazzling lights of the city was an experience unlike any other, adding an extra layer of magic to our stay. The hotel's central location proved to be another asset, placing us right in the heart of the action. Whether it was the convenience of stepping out to explore the city's attractions or the ease of accessing amenities, every aspect of our stay was seamlessly facilitated by the attentive staff. From the accommodating valet service to the welcoming front desk team, their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident at every turn. Needless to say, our experience has firmly established this hotel as our top choice for future visits to Las Vegas. With its unparalleled combination of comfort, convenience, and impeccable service, it has truly earned its place as our number one destination."

"Great hotel, kind and helpful staff... The restaurant on the lobby floor is terrific. Off the strip enough that noise is not an issue, but views are great. I highly recommend a trip up to the rooftop bar, pool, and hot tub! Valet is "free" but bring some cash to tip them!"

"My partner and I stayed here the first weekend of the month. We were really happy with our stay. Upon arriving and parking our car with the free valet we were assisted at the front desk by Kyle. Kyle was amazing! He was so kind and funny, got us a room with a nice view, and gave us so many tips re. places to try during our weekend stay. Honestly, it was so nice to be greeted by someone so helpful during an evening check in and after a long drive from LA. As for the room, it was great! The full service kitchen, separate living room, large tub, and bed were clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is technically off strip, it is such a quick walk to the strip (about 2 long blocks) it barely feels “off-strip.” This seems to be a timeshare property so it’s nice that they offer non-owners a chance to use it as a hotel as well. There is a restaurant in the lobby area (we didn’t try it but glad there is an option) and two pools that were actually heated (one of the pools is on the roof with a great view of the strip btw). We will definitely be staying here again but hopefully this time during warmer weather to take advantage of the pools."
