"I took one of the pens that the imaging Representatives give to doctor's office to promote/advertise their business, pens that patients are welcomed to. The snotty receptionist actually walked over to oishi and said i was stealing. I heard this, i said i am taking a pen that a imaging rep provided and he started SCREAMING at me across the room with office FULL of patients waiting. I screamed back said what i said told him my ex husband is a physician and this is what reps do. He calmed down once her heard my ex is a doctor. Besided that he heards you around like cattle, spending all of MAYBE 2 minutes in room BEFORE and AFTER surgeries. Office staff are more consumed with looking at themselves, discussing what rep is bringing for lunch (free lunch). I've NEVER experienced such poor patient services especially from doctor. He just want that money. EVERYONE IS SURGERY!!!!"

"Broke my collar bone. Oishi acted like he was working at a busy fast food restaurant. Looked at x-rays that were 3 months old and didn't bother to order new ones. He just fingered the bone poking up under my skin and guessed at what he needed to do. I understand he has been doing this for a very long time and can probably predict what is happening under the surface, but not every case is the same. The meeting took all of 5 minutes. I am not joking. When I kept asking questions about exactly the surgery would consist of he got very aggravated and finally said, "This ain't my first rodeo. OK?" Maybe not, but is mine. My wife told me to find another DR. But I figured his arrogant, "Hurry up I am a busy man" attitude might mean he knew his stuff. WRONG! Fast forward 4 months and two therapy sessions a week later,and my bone starts protruding under the skin again. Go to him and ask him what happened. He says, and I quote, "I told you there was a 20% chance of it not working." When I ask if it can be fixed. Another procedure. He tells me no. If he were to go in again there was a huge chance of infection, with having to use cadaver parts to fix it. Another 5 minute meeting. Went to another DR. 3 months later. Ordered X-ray and MRI. He described in great detail what he would do. Showed me pictures. He then fixed the should by using my own tendons. After the surgery he told me what he saw when he went in was an incompetent job by the last DR. He actually wrote that on my Post-op report!! And yes, I have made an official complaint."
