"Leaving 0 stars for the terrible dental work performed on my husband. He not only said Dr. Chang was rude, but very aggressive performing the work on his tooth, leaving him in tons of pain. He could feel the drilling going on in his mouth and tried to notify his nurse who paid him no attention, even leaving excessive amounts of spit in his mouth during the procedure. Totally unprofessional and extremely frustrating to have to know this type of care is what he received."

"Dr. Tarasov and the staff are so wonderful, caring, and patient. We are treated with Aloha and he takes care of my complex medical/dental needs. I was cold this morning and they automatically brought me a blanket to warm me up. Dr. has had to pull or crown many of my teeth due to Lupus. He is a vital part of my healthcare team! my next step includes implants. I’m nervous, but I trust him. Mahalo to him and the very kind office staff and dental assistants!"

Strongly recommend this for your dental needs.."

"Taking my business elsewhere!!! One of the front desk ladies (I didn’t catch her name) and the plan coordinator (lei) are very rude!!! Called to update my insurance and make an appointment for multiple things I need done and they kept dismissing me and were no help at all. I called my insurance TWO times and they are saying it’s active and should work but then the people here are saying it’s not and they can’t make me appointment until their system shows it. They had a really bad attitude on the phone and kept talking to me like I was stupid!!!! I am so disappointed because my first appointment was so great and the lady malia was awesome but now I don’t even want to come back thanks to these two people."

"Where do I begin?!!! Amazing customer service & check in process. I had to call for an emergency appointment. Other dentists didn't even respond. Not these guys. They scheduled me right away! I was seen within two hours of calling. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. This location is Immaculate. They accept HDS coverage and made my first visit check in so easy. I would give them 100 stars. I am so grateful and proud to say I've finally found my forever dentist. Coming from someone who has childhood dental trauma... This is such a blessing. Mahalo to all the staff from front receptionist to the tech who did the numbing (almost zero discomfort from the shots BTW), the fantastic dental assistant Dylan, and of course my new dentist Dr. Wu."
