"Amendment: After my review, Boss Frog reached out to apologize and offered to compensate me for what happened. They seem to have taken this seriously. It may have been an isolated event and, considering their quick action and they have multiple locations, i am tempted to believe that. Convenient but service at that specific location was poor. The lady helping us was annoyed at every question and made us feel like we were interrupting her day. She treated other customers that came in the same way."
