"As a paying customer to be denied access to the washroom with the employee claiming “it was inoperable” but suggested we utilize the phone bloc washroom across the street a the park is even though I personally watched an employee enter the same washroom, heard her use it and then watched her exit AND re-lock it from the outside is reprehensible."

"Ordered an iced chai tea latte and received iced milk with a dash of chai. Added pic of my iced milk vs what iced chai should look like. I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be remade, it should be made right the first time."
"Product was handed out within a reasonable time. However the atmosphere was not warm or inviting. Felt like they were annoyed I was there at 6am"
"Pretty good coffee as usual. Service was great. No stirrer sticks or sugar out. You need to ask for everything except napkins. Also I miss the Yogurt Parfaits, not just here but in many locations. They have a large outdoor seating area which is a plus."
