"This is the second time I come and both times Super nice and friendly, first time I did wait longer was in and out in an hour 1/2 but it was because they were busy . This time around checked in my daughter waited less then 15 mins in the waiting room waited 10 mins for doctor. Doctor was super nice and answered all my questions. Gave my daughter some medicine and was out in less than an hour . So I highly recommend the urgent care faster than most place I’ve been too ."

"Not too long of a wait, even on a Friday right after work. Receptionists are sweet and seem like they work hard to get everything as quick as possible. Placement of chairs made it hard for everyone, because single people felt they needed to stand to give to other people that didn’t want to share other seats in the row the whole row. My doctor stood next to the door the whole time, so that felt really strange (no covid symptoms, just ear ache) but wouldn’t come closer than that."

"I can’t quite understand why an urgent care clinic would advertise that they are open until 8pm, yet they stop taking patients at 7-7:15ish. Unfortunately I was greeted by the receptionist Chase who obviously wanted to be anywhere besides helping clients. I would recommend trying any other urgent care facility on Oahu before coming to this place."

"Great experience here from start to finish. I work in the healthcare field & I was really impressed with the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, doing intake & paperwork & throughout your entire visit, they really provide great service & take care of you. I saw Dr. Wendy Buras, she was very patient & kind & really listens. I came here because my pcp was unable to see me for an appointment. However, I'm glad I did. Would definitely come back again."
