"Love this gym, it has everything you need and more. Working out with Mike and his crew is hell, sign up with him if you want an absolute killer workout. Shoutout to Cory at the front desk, he got me signed up in the first place and has been super helpful and nice whenever I talk to him."
"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I cannot tell you how many times I have called this location because I keep getting fraudulent charges when I have CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. Every single time it's someone at the front desk spouting the same excuse, "we are so sorry and Rachel will reach out to you today. I see the issue is our system is still charging you even though you cancelled." That was over a week ago. LMAO joke of the century - she has not reached out. I keep getting charged for a hold fee when I have actual receipts that I canceled my membership. And before the actual location responds with some heinous excuse, STOP CHARGING ME WHEN I CANCELLED. Even the girl on the phone stated "something is wrong with our system and you keep getting charged." So you're just going to keep charging people even though they canceled? You charge me one more time I'm taking you to small claims court."

"I had a active and fit but wanted to check out the gym and see how i like it one time before i decide to join it. The girl working at the front counter said they do not give out day passes. Than explained that i am welcome to buy a day pass for 10$. Money is not an issue.. Per their policy with active and fit they are required to let you check out the gym before you join. You should let your staff know this Powerhouse Aiea! I have had no issues with this anywhere else. I am now happy enrolled with another local gym :) Mahalo"
"Gym is decent and you can work out 24 hours I go here and my hubs cardio in from back weights and machines bring your own luck for locker there us a water fountain . Shower area and can dry hair too. Decent small simple gym I like it"
