"Worst experience over an hour wait before being seen. Their excuse is we are running three clinics from this office. The staff is very unprofessional no communication you gotta to ask for any steps you need to do...Go somewhere else if you can."

"I wish I could give it 0 Stars. I never leave bad feedback but my visit and service was absolutely horrible. From me calling to verify I was heading to the correct location. I was going to be 10 minutes early still and the receptionist told me she would have to call and verify I could still be seen... I was still going to be 10 minutes early to my appointment and told I may have to reschedule!!! Next as I was doing my paperwork I could hear the front desk women laughing at patients waiting. Absolutely horrible. Finally the nurse on the phone talked down to me when I just didn't understand the process. I went for a testosterone test. I called back the next day to see if the results were in and she talked to me like I was an idiot. I then called quest and quest was very nice and explained that the tests are run on Saturday and Sunday and the office will have the results up to 5 days later. Very helpful and let me know what to expect. I then call the doctors office back Friday after I knew they would have the results. Once again the nurse on the phone stoke to me like I was stupid and said like I told you last time it can take up to 2 weeks. Here is the best part.... she called me back 2 minutes later and said... oh... I have your results here. Even though the nurse put notes on the account to give me my results... for some reason she insisted on telling me she couldn't give them to me over the phone until she verified it was okay..... I said ok and hung up. I was so upset about the way i was treated I called back and asked to speak to the doctor. Funny as soon as I said that she instantly gave me my results. Unfortunately I liked the doctor, but I will never step foot in any of their offices ever again."

"After watching an 80 YEAR OLD PATIENT be ARRESTED by Henderson Police BECAUSE HE GOT UPSET WITH THE DR. AND CALLED HIM A FRAUD. I continue to sit here and wait and wait and wait and wait wait. I have been told they are behind because of the situation (meanwhile the old guy is probably already in jail and has been released) other patients have come and gone and they are keeping me and my 79 year old Dad waiting and waiting.... They have finally taken my Dad in and while his pants were down with everything exposed a staff member walks in and says "oh, someone is in here" This place is completely unprofessional and inhumane and there has been no apologies at all. Save your time and patience as it is better well spent with your loved ones."

"Horrible customer service. The address listed is not the actual address were the location is. I had an appointment for 8:00 am and the directions stated to come 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork. Well, I was waiting at the address listed since 7:20 am (I like to be early). Now I'm waiting outside of what I thought was the office, time goes by I end up hopping out my car at around 7:50 am to wait for the door to open, well 8:00 am came by and the door did not open. I ended up calling the number listed online and the rep tells me the office is behind the address listed (which is a totally different address). When I finally get in the lady at the counter said my appointment was at 9:00 am in which it wasn't it was set for 8:00 am she then abruptly switched subjects and said I needed to be here at 8:00 am to fill out paper work. The instructions given to me said 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, again I came damn near an hour early. Everything is just all over the place, if I were you I'd make an appointment elsewhere the poor service is not worth the time you may be saving because you didn't want to drive a little farther than expected. This was a very horrible experience!! I'm still waiting. It is now 9:15 am. I've been waiting here for quite some time and people that came in after me are seeing the doctor before me????"
