"HORRIBLE!! If I could give Zero Stars I would. I have been trying to get a "referral" appointment here for weeks. My primary says they sent the referral and this place can't find it and they are sister companies. the person on the other end is over the top rude as if I can do anything about this scenario. If can get referred somewhere else I plan to. I can't even imagine how I would get treated if I ever do get an appointment there."

"Arrived at 2 for my 2:30 appointment and waited a few minutes since I came straight from work and was a little early. A tall white woman with dirty blonde hair seemed annoyed by my presence and checked me in at 2:10 while bordering on rude for the duration of the interaction. As I sat waiting for an hour in the waiting room, the same charming lady lost her mind when an elderly woman, who came in after me, mistakenly put a used pen back into the clean cup. She yelled no at the lady, then loudly explained her mistake while dramatically snatching the cup away, dumping the pens out and wiping them with lysol wipes. The elderly woman was very apologetic but the receptionist continued to berate her saying that both cups were labeled and colored red and green "because red means stop and green means go." After waiting in that uncomfortable atmosphere I was taken back to a room where I waited a further 20 mins to be told the Dr still had patients ahead of me. This was already an hour past my appointment time and I still had a hour drive home. I told the receptionist I could not wait any longer and would like to refund my copay because I needed to leave. The entire receptionist team felt the need to make comments at this point though I was calm and polite. At this point in my day I had already been awake for 14 hours and worked a full shift. I support myself and my daughter and have a lot of demands on my time.. I was at this location to see about a blood clot in my chest. I don't know why the receptionist was so rude, nor do I care. The people who use this service are very ill and paying for your time and attention. I would be under corrective action for treating customers in my retail job the way these ladies treated me and my work is much less important. Will not give this place another chance. Good luck."
