"They wouldn’t see me for my appointment when I had to be late to take my roommate to the ER and then was not able to find the building, despite me warning them and calling ahead. They are VERY strict about the 15 minutes late policy and if you try to check in exactly 15 minutes late they will turn you away regardless of reasoning. Their convenience is more important to them than your life, situations, or mental health and it is obvious. Had the receptionist even faked caring about my mental health rather than the strict time frame, I might have just rescheduled. She has no business working around fragile people. She was blatantly rude to me even though I was clearly frazzled and upset to have been 1 minute past the time allowed. She even rolled her eyes at me. Trying to do better and be better and this is not a place that actually wants to help. Hurt and disappointed but also feeling like I dodged a bullet if that’s what this business is about. EDIT: that receptionist was the intern who was supposed to be my therapist. Horrified."
