"My entire family and I had been seeing Dr Gothelf for about 20 years, until this past year. He's been incredible!! Then, about 4 or 5 years ago, I noticed a change in his personality. He was still very kind, as always. But, he started making odd, unsolicited, political comments about the now former President. At any rate, I found out a few months ago that he joined some medical group and this group doesn't treat patients under 65? He only sees seniors now?! There was no formal warning or letter sent. No communication whatsoever. When I called their office, the lady who answered was as rude as can be. Which she usually is both in person and on the phone. I asked her if they had any other options they could possibly provide for those of us who were kicked to the curb, and all she could say in her snide, snobby voice was, "Sorry, we can't help. You'll have to find a new provider on your own." WTH? I was disgusted with her snide attitude and just said "wow, so professional," and hung up on her. I didn't need to listen to another millisecond of that lady's gross attitude. At any rate, it really is too bad that his office has gone downhill. Dr Gothelf was one of the better Dr's out there. Whatever happened to him to make him change...is truly a heartbreaking shame. I will definitely miss him as my Dr."

"Switch your physician now!!! Ever since he joined Intermountain Healthcare, I can never get a hold of anyone St the office and they overcharged me over $100. Never going to this scammer again."

"Dr Gothelf seemed to be a great doctor, very knowledgeable. He was a little quiet but I really liked his view on things. His office staff however were completely the opposite. They are the rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. I can’t believe a professional would employ such horrible people to run his office. They weren’t just rude to me either. When I was in the waiting room one day, I heard them patronize an elderly gentleman at their counter. I was shocked they treated him so poorly but tried to mind my own business. Now that I’ve been on the receiving end of their horrible attitudes, I feel bad I didn’t try to help the elderly patient. I could not ever recommend Dr Gothelf to anyone due to his office staff."

"the frontline staff who tend the phones are rude and intolerable! I have made a number of attempts to schedule an appointment over the phone, but the 3 attempts I have made have failed due to system failure. When asked about taking new patient appointment, it's almost with hopes that you look somewhere else... with statements as "yes.....but not for another 4 monthsssss". my last attempt to schedule an appointment I mentioned the number of calls I have made, and have had no success with them having system problems. She told me, I quote: "then find another clinic to go too". I am disgusted at the deplorable health care experiences I have experience in Nevada."

"Horrible experience. We had an appointment booked month in advance but nobody called to inform that we must reach Doctors office 30 min. before the scheduled time for paperwork. I reached office 10 min early with my 6 months old they made me wait for more 10 min and than told me they will have to reschedule because I should have been there 30 min before. The staff was rude. I could have finished my paper work during the 10 min they made me wait. It was a big hassle for me to drive back and forth with an infant. Please do not choose Dr David as your PCP. Very bad patient service."
