"Baldo is the most unprofessional Doctor. She saw me for no more than 2 minutes. Came in for an annual check up and as usual she’s very short, doesn’t ask questions and sends me to get blood work. The visit was so quick that she forgot provide me any paperwork for my blood work. I came in to get my blood taken and no information was present. Had to call their office and had to request for the blood work to be faxed. Waited for 20-30 minutes for the call center to contact their office to fax over paperwork. What inconvenience! Thanks Baldo! Ill be changing Doctors as soon a possible."

"Ive made four attempts to contact her to renew a prescription for thyroid. It’s been a month and I’m out of this drug i apparently need the rest if my life. One message left with the after hours service. Two that i was on hold for thirty minutes and then pushed one to supposedly be called back. No call back from either. The fourth to the after hours service and they told me to call back during regular business hours!!! What a joke!!"

"I'm very disappointed my gf has been without my medications from Doctor Baldo for at least three weeks and my pharmacist also has been trying to track them down her medication refilled and cannot get a hold of them either! What a shock we are still on hold at this time! They never once have answered us in days!"

"I would leave negative stars but that isn’t an option. She is a horrible, horrible, horrible doctor! Worst I’ve encountered in 54 years and trust me there’s been a few. Had a list of five things I needed and she couldn’t help me with any of them? Totally worthless hunk of high-paid doctor flesh, what an absolute waste of time and money. Needless to say I’m going far, far away from anything saying St. Mary’s on it! First they hooked me up with Dr. Patin, (a first rate quack), who proceeded to tell me I needed to get over my personality disorder and become more social. I’ve never experienced anything so misplaced and unprofesssional. Now they send me Putin’s grandma, I see sociopathy runs in the family. Don’t take my word though, read the other reviews. “DONE DEAL!!!”"

"Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. They messed up everything from incorrect orders, incorrect Appointment time, "that I showed up for and was turned away b/c Baldo was triple booked that day" Dr. Baldo is the worst. To many patients all getting the same garbage care. Unbelievably the absolute worst would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist cynthia is the only one that knows what's going on and cares but she can't make a good doctor out of Baldo!"
