"I purchased an amazing vacuum cleaner from Mark’s Service Center 12 years ago. Alas! It became a casualty of our move across the country last year. I searched high and low for a replacement. I even received a gifted Kirby from my aunt with all the attachments. I have to say - I MISSED my Riccar. I contacted Mark once again, and this time I purchased a Riccar Brilliance R30 Pet. I could not be happier!!! The onboard tools, the super long cord, the ease of transition from hard wood to carpet to rugs and even upholstery is amazing! The extendable wand is incredible! This vacuum cleaner is worth every penny! And yes - Mark had it drop shipped directly to me. 10 minutes outs of the box and it was ready to use! My rugs, floors and stairs are so clean! I love my Riccar, and I LOVE Mark’s Service Center!"
