"We have cars & properties insured. We noticed our properties were canceled. When we called to ask why the agent started arguing, yelling, hung up on us, and then proceeded to note on our State Farm account that we canceled it. So now due to this there is a lapse of coverage & we autopay. So fines, loss of work, and more because of a KAREN agent. DO NOT USE"
