"If you're having trouble getting back into a fitness routine, this is the place to be! The workouts are the best I've experienced here in Vegas. The coaches and manager are top notch. No intimidation here! People of all shapes, sizes, and ages go to this gym. I've gained 5 lb of muscle and lost 7 lb of body fat in 1.5 months! They also have an awesome community vibe going on. "This is such a fun place an amazing way to get a great varietal workout. The staff are amazing as well. Friendly and motivating and always happy to see you. There are a wide variety of fitness levels between all of the participants, but no weird judgement."
"JUST FINISHED MY FIRST SESSION.. I got there early because they need you to put in your info before you start. Then we listened to instructions and got a full visual tutorial of the full workout. The gym was split between leg workouts and arm workouts which was great to have the option! I chose the leg circuit which was 8 workouts 2 sets of 40 seconds nonstop work and 20 seconds rest. We were allowed 2 water breaks and closed with a 2 minute ab workout that was absolutely invigorating! If you are considering this gym I recommend going in and talking to the staff who were friendly and down to earth. I was pushed to my limit and supported through the workout. Thank you Brandon, Micheal, and team for the great workout! I will be coming back every time I’m in Vegas!"
