"First I'd like to say that I started out pretty skeptical of those events you hear about that seem kind of "out there" and maybe better suited for hippies or the woo-woo crowd. I can't even name all the zodiac signs let alone tell you what any mean. So a wellness workshop with some unconventional aspects hasn't always been an enticing event to attend and was more out of reluctance for me in the past. But this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had the honor of attending an awesome Nevada Benefits wellness workshop led by Phil and I really can't praise it enough. It was so refreshing and I feel like it was exactly what I needed even though I didn't think I needed anything. I've gone to other wellness events that I've enjoyed and I've also been hesitant and leery of most of them but what made this one especially stand out is how well Phil organized it and also asked us questions about our experience which allowed us to have deeper reflection and really become aware of the why behind how we felt. This enhanced my individual experience but also made me enjoy the entirety of it even more by hearing what others felt and went through during the workshop. Phil also had all kinds of helpful input and really knows his stuff, definitely been through a lot and shared some personal insights which was probably difficult for him to tell others about but really helped relate. It was all over the board with where everyone was at in their stage of wellness [physical and emotional] and we all went through pretty different experiences yet all very positive. I came out feeling simultaneously relaxed and supercharged, with an overall recentered clarity on me and my life. It's really difficult to describe but what I know for certain is that there is no question that I am way better off afterwards and you can bet I'll be prioritizing these wellness workshops every time they have them. Oh and I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or not but I started getting amazing sleep after all this. I also bought one of the books Phil mentioned and excited to read that and some others he mentioned."
