"This is without a doubt the worst State Farm I have ever dealt with. They kept messing up my transfer of insurance from Alaska, and due to their error my policy was cancelled. I received notice in the mail of the cancellation and asked them what the reason was, they tried to blame it on me saying that i had not given a copy of my drivers license. However i had given them my license to copy-twice. They failed to submit it, twice. Once that was sorted my bill went up by $84 per month. When i asked they said because i was cancelled, all my discounts were removed. During this entire process the folks i talked with were very, very rude, and constantly talking over me. I had to ask more than once if i could have a moment to speak uninterrupted to be able to speak at all. I have been a state farm customer for more than 20 years across 7 states and have never had a single issue until now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE."
