"The tech was extremely nice, but he did a terrible job. My carpets look like they were vacuumed, badly. The more I look at it, the madder I am lol. And I recleaned with my Hoover upright cleaner on the worst area just to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. I wasn't. (Please see attached pictures. ) My stairs look awful, matted in places and feel dirty. My high traffic areas will never be stain free, but I am so angry that I paid a premium for this service. The kicker is that after I complained, the manager who called (Louis) only offered to redo the parts I was unhappy with (which I definitely did not want, seeing as how I had already done it myself. ) Then he made me ask for a paltry credit (embarrassingly small honestly) and then had the nerve to ask me to change my bad review because he "solved the proble I am SO mad that I paid for this. Please don't use Stanley Steemer in Reno. Use Code 3 Carpet Cleaning. He always has a Groupon and does an amazing job. I should have just called him back, but my husband said Stanley always does an amazing job First pictures are how Stanley Steemer left my carpet. Last pictures are MY redo."
"I love the experience Stanley Steemer provides. Rich was easy to work with and did a fantastic job. This is the second time this year we needed a cleaning due to new pet potty training. Rich was able to address it and knock the order out without an issue!"

I was thinking they would have to be replaced, but he worked so hard, took his time, meticulously making every square inch of the floor look better than new!
