"My stay was awful the times I remember was the night shift!! They where cruel and very mean!! The buzzers were going off all night long with nurses walking bye like we were pieces of meat, they would literally say to me they didn't have time for me. I would tell them when they were taking my blood that the band was to tight and it really hurt and they would tell me it's suppose to hurt. I still have the deep bruises 4 weeks later and my doctors want to know what happened.? among a lot of other things to long to mention..."
"First to start this review is in regard to office staff and not the MD personally. I have been having a difficult time communicating with the scheduler Diane since day one when I scheduled three months ago. I email her with no reply; I call her and leave messages only to get NO reply again. The only time I was able to get a call back from her was when I spoke with her supervisor and then of course she called me back, at which he told me she had all the medical records required for obtaining authorization and that she would get the auth a week prior to the scheduled test. I attempted to get ahold of her 1 week prior to the scheduled test to confirm and get check in instructions as I never received any and again of course NO reply. So we arrived at Sunrise Hospital on the scheduled date and time given only to sit for 2 hours waiting to be told that it was not authorized correctly So we have to reschedule. I have never experienced such incompetence and disregard for patient care as this office's scheduler. I personally would be ashamed to have this person working in my office. Absolutely WORSE experience I have ever had with medical office personal."
