"I usually don’t leave reviews. I came into the nail salon with a bridal party, I had a gift certificate from a friend who had good things to say about this establishment. Unfortunately after getting my mani pedi noticed, even though I had a certificate for a mani pedi, I got charged a lot more. I paid around 50 dollars, even after the certificate. On their price sheet it says 54 dollars for a mani pedi, my certificate was for 54 dollars. Most of the bridal party paid around the same between 60-70. I called the store the next day to ask about the charge. The lady told me they should’ve told me/ informed me, that my service was gonna change to a spa manicure and spa pedicure ( instead of what I ask for which was a basic mani pedi). Most nails salons that I’ve been too only charge a fee for Gel which is around 10-20 dollars if less, not change the whole service. During our phone conversation she was very rude and didn’t apologize only said the person doing my nails should've informed me. This is very frustrating because my nails didn’t even come out looking good, they are not cut evenly at all. At the end of the call she hung up on me. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but my husband who heard the whole conversation said I should warn people about this establishment. Not to mention I live here and really wanted to like it."

"Facility was clean, detailed and organized. This has been my second time visiting this salon. Enjoyed my experience with the staff and appreciate their service especially during a busy time. Rated a 4 star as the quality of my gel manicure (gel was not even on each nail) did not match the quality of gel pedicure which disappointed me a bit especially for the price of $100. Did not notice the mistake until I left the salon to see it in brighter lighting. Although this is still a great business and I did not mind to still pay full amount plus tip."
