"Lihue nails was by far the best nail salons I have ever been to. I was visiting Kauai and happened to be in need of a manicure and my boyfriend wanted to try a pedicure. Best manicure experience. Jenny was so kind and very talented! I showed her an inspo picture thinking I would just get something similar; but no, she replicated the look to fit my nail size/shape! And she is so gentle on the hands and cuticles. Highly recommend her and would definitely come back here when I visit Kauai in the future. She did a great job cleaning his cuticles, his calluses, and cleaned up his nails nicely (he has had a lot of nail injuries from sports). He enjoyed the whole experience and liked the foot/calf massages and warm towel wrap. Overall, the establishment was very clean, very kind and experienced technicians, and a well-priced service menu! Definitely recommend to locals and visitors."

"I was very pleased with the service I received at this place. Nikki (sp?) my technician, was very friendly, and very tuned in to giving me just what I wanted. I requested a basic pedicure. She did not try to talk me into a more expensive alternative with fancy creams and rubs. I like my nails cut short and rounded. At other places, I have been disappointed because they were not cut as short as I would prefer. Also, she applied the polish very smoothly. In fact, a person might have thought that they were artificial nails if they hadn't been so short! I will go back, and request Nikki again anytime I am on Kauai."

"I visited this salon in April 2023. I walked in, and they were able to fit me in between other appointments same day. My friend and I got pedicures together. There is a list of options with prices included on a laminated sheet for all services. The Royal pedicure I chose included a paraffin dip and massage. This is the first time I have gotten my nails done in probably 7 years. I forgot how nice it felt to have my feet taken care of. I work construction and needed the calluses removed. I recommend scheduling ahead of time, but this place is good! As for sanitation, the foot wash basins have blue plastic liners, and towels are placed over the foot rest. I wasn't paying attention to how the tools got cleaned, but I would trust they know what they are doing. I am a licensed nail tech in Oregon and would schedule another visit if I come back. I appreciate all you do. Thank you!"
