"I was looking for a walk-in nail salon and found this shop. I don't get my nails regularly done when at home so this was supposed to be a holiday treat before leaving Kauai. While the pedicure work was without complains (the nail technician even re-drew a pretty flower because she saw that I had one before), the manicure...not so much! I did tell them at the beginning that I needed a pedicure with gel polish renewal and a removal-only off my gel nail polish on the fingernails. The nail technician seemed to have forgotten about the fingernail polish removal, so when I reminded her she did a very rushed through job at the end of the session! I specifically asked for a soak off because I've had a bad experience after filing off the polish before. And even though they offered soak offs on their menu she said, they only offer removals with a nail drill, but assured me that this was safe. Despite my gut feeling I let her go on (that's on me). Even though I specifically asked for ONLY polish removal and NO cutting, shaping or whatsoever she ended up cutting the nails straight down without any shape or form and didn't even fille the sharp corners! Now, 6 weeks later my nails are still breaking all over the place! I need to keep them ultra short and even that won't stop the breaking as soon as i bang into anything! (And i usually never have any problems with breakage!)"

"The nail tech was great, just the wait was longer than said. They’re short staffed which I don’t mind at all but they should be a little more organized. Other then that my nails are awesome:)"

"Great place for a gel pedicure ! Super friendly staff, we came in on a Sunday as most shops were closed, we called at 1215 to see if they can take us and they said to come in at 1245 and we were done 115. Coming from California I thought it would have taken 1hr+ but it was so quick and they cleaned up my toes really well. Not sure why all the negative review but this place was great ! Mahalo for such excellent service !"

"I tried two other places in town that were too busy to fit me in for a pedicure. I walked into this place and immediately sat down and the manicurist got to work right away. There was nothing super fancy about this pedicure… but it was proficient and well done. The establishment is larger than it might appear, with 5 nail stations and 6 pedicure chairs. This might not be the place to go if you’re looking for a fancy spa experience, but it was very clean, everyone was friendly, and the prices were lower than I expected. Would absolutely come here again."
