"Very simply, I've gotten very few updates on our vehicle, most were received when I called them. I've been promised the car back on 4 different days, and not one has held up yet. Now it's all excuses, that they are waiting for others. I get that, and I've worked at auto stores with delivery times. If you add a business give the car to someone else, you better not guarantee it being back at a certain time. The manager was not helpful, just explained to me he can't make any decisions dealing with money, because it's not his. I said fine, I'll call corporate. Collision pros has no corporate phone number listed online. Joke of a corporation, I will never go there again. It would be 0 stars if I could. Pictures are of my vehicle outside just before the worst storm this winter hit... There were probably 10-15 more outside on the street that looked like this or worse."

"I would highly recommend Coachcraft to anyone who's looking for quality repairs, a smooth process, and overall friendly, knowledgeable staff! They fixed my Hyundai up perfectly within a couple weeks after a hit and run accident! Paul was my estimator and he helped me stay calm throughout the process, he kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. The girls at the front desk are kind and caring! 10/10 would recommend!"

"I’ve had my vehicles repaired at Coachcraft twice in the last five years. Each experience has been a positive one, and I will continue to return (hopefully not too soon). The first repair was on my NEW car, after it was hit by debris that flew out of a Waste Management truck. Waste Management was a giant pain to deal with, but Coachcraft was able to do the insurance legwork that I wasn’t. It made what started as a very frustrating situation tolerable. The more recent repair I had done (since the change in ownership) was after I had been rear-ended. There was significant damage to my poor car, but Coachcraft returned her to her former glory, without any delays. Scott and the rest of the office staff made sure I knew what was going on to ensure I stayed happy. My experience has been that Coachcraft is definitely on the customer’s side when it comes to insurance; they fixed my cars as if they were their own vehicles. With my recent repair they went to bat against the other driver’s insurance when it came to repairing my car correctly. They made a point of requesting/using factory parts, instead of the cheap, aftermarket parts that the insurance company wanted. I’d give them more stars if I could!"

"Absolutely do not recommend under any circumstances. The whole process was a nightmare. Had an “estimate” in June, finally got an appt for Aug. Quoted 1-1.5 weeks for the repair (fender bender, rear bumper). I never heard from them in that time. I called after a week, no update or eta, said my advisor would call me with an update, no call. End of Week 2, they call me and say they need my keys to the roof rack and they can’t START work until they take the roof rack off (for rear bumper damage…). They had my car for over a month, (and knew I didn’t have a rental car or any transport option during that time). I physically went there 3 times to check on it and found it parked outside with a window removed and another rolled down during a rainstorm.. the list goes on and on and on. They told me on a Friday at 4pm - when it was finally done - that they don’t accept Geico insurance and I had to pay for the entire thing out of pocket. Ton of overspray everywhere when I picked it up and damage to window trim so I had to take it back again to get that fixed. Months later I’m getting weekly texts telling me my car is done and ready for pick up. Such a joke. Do not take your car here."
