"This store is ALWAYS a freaking mess! Its difficult to go down the isles with all the freight in the way. I go there fairly often and it's this type of mess everytime !!! And staff are yelling across the store about where things should go.....not very professional. However, the staff is very friendly most of the time."

"Between this place and salon centric you can get pretty much anything and everything you need for any hair service. They have a lot of great brands like joico, kenra, goldwell, paul mitchell, etc. (I am biased towards vivid hair color, so i know that there are many other great brands here but i just haven't used their vivids) The only thing i dont like about this place is that they dont carry pulp riot :c"
"Gals are really nice & helpful. Computer system is DOS. Spent $2800 yes that's $2800. Took over an hour to ring up. Paid. Put items in car. Computer wouldn't print receipt. Had to take EVERYTHING out of the car to rescan !!! Corporate is of no help. Customer service is of no help. Gals that work there need bonuses for working under archaic conditions. Think twice before shopping there again."
