"Had an appointment with Stacy for microneedlening. It took her about 30 minutes to do my ENTIRE face (including the time for the desinfect AND the numbing cream). At one point I felt her switch the tools without my knowledge. I do not know if she performed a diamond peel, but my half of my face started peeling like crazy a day or two after. I've had microneedlening done multiple times before and this has never happened to me. Also, when I got home after the appointment I noticed some of the areas weren't done at all. I called Stacy and let her know I was not satisfied with the results. She basically told me to go get my microneedlening done with whomever I've done it before her.. Very disappointed!!"

"Originally coming in I was very excited to get my lips filled. Unfortunately when I arrived I thought I was getting injections, Stacy told me she doesn’t do that so I decided to proceed and try the pen as I had made an apt and did not want to waste her time. Service was given and I left feeling positive. Had some concerns about swelling and reached out and she had said it’s completely normal and to reach out after day 4 if there was any unevenness. I reached out after day four to let her know there was absolutely no difference in my lips at all and requested for a PARTIAL refund. She explained that sometimes people metabolize the filler different and she doesn’t do refunds and offered me a different service. I explained I do not want to get another service done I would much rather get a PARTIAL refund and get what I had originally wanted done. She refused and said she won’t do a refund. Wouldn’t recommend as you may “metabolize” the product within 3 days and may be out 300$ If I could post a before and after photo I would. My lips look exactly the same. Big believer in Karma and what comes around goes around."

"Stacy is so friendly and amazing. I have pretty bad melasma from terrible sunscreen habits. She came up with a game plan and after the first treatment… the differences are very noticeable. You can see for yourself the difference one treatment made! And the second picture wasn’t even after I completely finished peeling!!!! Few more visits and I am confident the results will be wonderful."
