"I went to get new tires and was told it would be an hour and a half. I couldn't leave since I had no car and it was to hot to walk around outside. I stayed inside costco for over 3 hours and went to check and was told they still haven't been put on the car. I understand it's busy but when I schedule an appointment for 3:45 and am told and hour and a half I don't expect to still be waiting for my car at 7pm. Just ridiculous don't recommend find someone else."

"ROSS lacks intelligence or common sense! Car battery died 34months after purchase, went into Costco to check if it was still under warranty and luckily it has a 36 month warranty. I was told bring in old battery to get it swapped out. asked if I could buy a new battery ($100) bring in the old one later and get reimburse for the battery. I was told I would only get reimburse the purchase price of the old battery ($70), the price went up $30 so If I bring in the old battery I could get it swapped out at no extra cost. came back a few days latter with the old battery and was told I have to pay $30 to swap out the battery due to the difference in price of the new battery. what a clown! and this guy is the MANAGER!"
