"I've been to the Reno, NV. office twice in the last month. During the week and during normal business hours. And on both occasions the office doors have been locked and there is a sign that says "sorry we missed you please call one of these numbers. What good is it to have an office in a city if said office is not going to be opened for policy holders? Poor way to run a business."

"*STAY AWAY* Liberty Mutual decided to not renew our insurance because we decided to use our insurance for a non injury strictly cosmetic claim. This would have been fine had they properly notified us that we were not eligible for renewal with them. We were never mailed, emailed or called regarding the non renewal. After calling them to see if we could renew there was no answer on their behalf, they simply emailed the non renewal letter almost 30 days after it expired. For almost 30 days we were uninsured without knowing, luckily we were not involved in any accidents. Unfortunately now because of the lapse in insurance we have to pay penalties to the DMV and our insurance is nearly double, costing us thousands of dollars more than what we should be paying. Stay away from these criminals."
