"iv been going here since the 8th grade and during all highschool i went to a different cutter once on a whim and it was garbage, so i chose to stick religiously with paradise. low and behold the homie yesterday cuts my hair. i sit down with MATT and he asks me what i want. i tell him a FADE and to cut the top EVEN. Towards the end of my haircut, I asked him to clean up The EDGES on my beard, He proceeded to trim the actual inside section of the beard, which I did not ask for And I am now unable to curl my stash, which I previously could, which is very disappointing. By the end of the day he turns me around and shows me in the mirror and I tell him it’s a good cut. I know I didn’t get my fade at least…. As I’m leaving, my girls, not too happy with the haircut because she knows I asked for a fade and we go back in and She tells him he asked for a fade, but I don’t see a fade at all. he proceeds to tell me that he gave me a haircut and a five dollar beer trim. But he failed to mention the extra five dollars I gave to him because I originally asked for a fade anyway. It’s $25 for a fade and five dollars for the beard trim. Overall man, I’m just really disappointed you weren’t able to own up to your mistake that you weren’t able to give me a fade. I gave you $30 in total because I know what I was supposed to be paying for. part of this falls on me too don’t give me wrong because I said to notify you immediately that you didn’t give me the haircut I wanted and asked and you messed with my stash. all in although it was OK I had to spend another $40 and have somebody to emergency fix my haircut and give me a legitimate fade."
"2nd time being here, Matt took care of me and listened to what I wanted in a haircut. BRING CASH! There’s a Wells Fargo and a couple of other banks nearby but don’t forget to bring cash or end up embarrassed like I did"
