"If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! 2002 Subaru Forester *Complete engine replacement w a new timing belt, plugs/wires....parts&labor=$1900 *O2 sensor w a bung welded on+ new spark plugs.....parts/labor =$225 *Wheel bearing/hub..... Parts/labor=$325 Except for the engine replacement that took 3 days, I have gotten my car back a few hours later. My last repair, bearing and hub, I was quoted $1000 by Reno vulcanizing"
"My friend left her car here to get fixed, she couldn't come up with the money so she was going to sell it to me for cheap and we showed a couple weeks later and the brand new battery she bought was swapped with an older dead one, the new front tires she had on it were completely bald and different, now the battery is missing and the owner claims I came and took it out. Now the car is basically worthless and not even worth fixing and replacing all these parts that mysteriously disappeared. Shady place to take your car beware. Would never recommend anyone to this place unless you want more issues with your car."
"I always come to Image Automotive for all my needs and have been doing so for the past few years. From smog testing, oil changes, brake work, etc.. They are awesome and the mechanics are very well experienced. I recommend this place to all my family and friends!"
"Ok first he made me pay 300 dollars up front to allow my car to be worked on. He said it was a fuel pump however it was the not. He just rest the codes by taking chips out of my circuit. After that he drove my car about 100 miles and left me with a half tank. And had the balls to tell me my car was done and all he did was once the codes reset because of the chip missing it passed smog but he did not fix the problem. And told me it was done what a joke and a waste of 300 dollars"
"Actually this man is pretty good! I’ve been going to him for smogs and repairs for 20 years now. The only catch is you don’t know quite what he’s going to do to fix it, because of the language barrier, until the end he tells you what he’s done. So he might surprise you with a higher bill but it’s still reasonable than most places. And yet he did get the job done. I’ve never had to return the car back to him."
