"Just be careful. The Aussie that runs the place is all talk and no and I'm mean no action. Can't compete the work he promises. And you stuck with a big bill and still a car that can't pass smog..."

"Free air pressure was much appreciated at this location before heading out on a 7- hour drive. Kinda dirty outside but I guess I'm use to seeing cleaner gas stations where I live, hey, I'm grateful for the small things that help."

"Although they could not help me with everything I needed for my RV due to lack of space, equipment, etc. I was so very pleased with their customer service! As a single female, I could have been easily taken advantage of but they were honest about what they could and could not do for me and even took the extra time to show me around the workings of my '83 RV. They are respectful, honest, and courteous and I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on!"

"I went here because of my 11 years of selling auto parts I heard good things about this shop and their sister shop through customers I used to sell parts to and help fix their vehicles. So I went here. Due to my hectic work schedule of 60+ hours and volunteerism in the community an additional 15+ hours a week with a sick family member I’m taking care of currently I simply just don't have the time to fix it myself. They ran the same codes with their code reader that I ran with mine. I don't mind the $120 diagnostic, that's no problem at all. The only issue I have with this shop is the inconvenience and being heckled in person when I decided to ask them not to do any work on my commuter car and went to pick it up. Of course I’m not buying used parts to get it to pass smog! That’s common sense! They offered to fix it for me and were talking ballpark $1,200.-$1,300. which was unreasonable for me. To some people might be reasonable though but I honestly think it was a little far fetched and I could tell alls they did was run a code reader that read codes 128 and 411 on my diagnosis and nothing else. I lied and told them I don't have that kind of money and I'm going to have a friend help me fix it and I'm on my way to pick it up. They heckled me thinking while I was paying the $120 diagnostic fee, telling me “I'm going to buy used parts” and talking down to me like I have no knowledge about this. To be fair, I have always heard good things about this shop but I just didn’t enjoy the sarcasm and the being heckled when I went to pick up my car. If they’d of remembered my face and name I’m sure they would not have treated me this way. $1,200.-$1,300. was outrageous and I also feel insulted they quoted me for that. Now on top of feeling disrespected I have to get a moving permit, miss work to find the time to get quality parts, install them myself and check on my thermostat. I honestly was willing to put down $800-$900 cash to have them do it instead of me missing work. Now that I feel insulted I chose to miss work, do it myself with an ASE certified mechanic friend and get the air pump myself. They know good and well I can do this for less than $500. but I’m also going to give my friend maybe $200. cash to thank him for letting me take up space in his shop."
