"We received excellent service at this Life Storage location. This location is perfect for us but it was full when we first inquired about availability. Angie gave us helpful information about possible openings. After 3 months we were able to secure a unit. "First time signing up for a storage unit and Angie couldn’t have made it any easier. I signed up on line which was a great asset and I was able to pick the size unit I needed. Angie called me shortly after and explained everything to me which was very helpful. I then went in to buy some plastic wrap and I met her in person. Lovely lady. We talked about the size unit I was renting and I realized I might need a bigger unit. She didn’t have available the size I wanted and I decided to just keep the one I had. Anyway, when I got home I asked her to call me if anything becomes available and she said she would. Later I got a call from her about a unit that became available and I was over the moon happy! She transferred me into the larger unit, easy-peasy! Thanks to Angie and I’m looking forward to keeping my items safe and sound at this facility"

I feel certain that should I have an issue, Angie will help me fix it. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for ease of online sign up. Also, the area is great and easily accessible to members."
