"I filed a complaint with Cheveron against an employee who was working as a cashier today at 3:30 PM 12/17/2023. I frequent this location all the time to get gas. I needed to use the restroom. I walk in as ask for the code to the restroom and the very rude cashier with gray hair styled in braids/cornrows who stated her name was Cheryl I think...said the bathroom out of order. I said there are TWO restrooms they're both out of order? She said one is employee bathroom you can't use that one. That is a LIE there is no such thing at this location. Employee use the same bathroom as customers unless there is another bathroom hidden somewhere. The bathrooms are usually always clean. I've used the code to use BOTH bathrooms before...I'm not sure why this rude woman wouldn't let me use the restroom and LIED about one being out of order and the other only for employees... I took a photo of the bathroom doors they are side by side...NO SIGN saying out of order and NO SIGN saying employees only! When she saw me taking pictures she jumped up with a piece of paper saying out of order and taped it to oe of the doors real quick! I'm writing this complaint because I had to go to use the bathroom badly having drank a lot of tea earlier. This could have been very bad for me with this rude "lying a**" employee. Luckily I was able to go to the restaurant across the way (I had to drive over there when I could have used the restroom at Cheveron they suppy for their customers) She needs new training or a new job! I didn't appreciate the horrible service!"

"New machine, nobody to dry off but I will never be back. I come here for wheel scrub and someone to dry it. Those days are over. Spent $13 for a $7 car wash I can get at Sams Club. Very disappointed!"

"Convenient, but it’s a major bummer that they replaced the car wash with an unattended and brushless spray wash. The attendant was great – he did a good job cleaning. This new “spray only” wash does not clean the car anywhere near as well. I will be finding another gas station."

"If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! After reading rave reviews, we decided to see if the subs and service lived up to what people wrote. From the minute we walked in it door, it was one of the most AWFUL situations we've ever experienced! There was a red haired woman, approximately in her 60s walking around as if she owned the place, and asked us what we were looking for. We said, "The Deli." She said, "You're not getting anything at the Deli. She's (Marie) working here by herself and can't make anything for you!" I said, "Excuse me, it states online that the Deli is open 24 hours. Why doesn't it say that is pending staffing?" Marie, who was working behind the counter was pleasant, and said she would make sandwiches for us. We thanked her and filled out the order form. While we were patiently waiting for Marie to help other customers, the red haired woman came up behind us, smelled of alcohol and had obviously been listening to the conversation my husband and I were having. She said to me, "Why don't you stop complaining. You LOOK as if you're going to eat this entire place (eluding to my size.. obviously not knowing that I have a disability that causes me to gain wait." I told her she was rude and asked if she worked there; She refused to answer. However, if she doesn't work there, Roy's is in strict violation of Health Department regulations, because she was back and forth behind the deli counter, touching food, and even took a pizza out of the oven! We were going to overlook her behavior, attributing it to the alcohol that we smelled on her breath... Until she said, "And YOU BETTER TIP HER!" ENOUGH.. We decided to leave. And, as we were leaving, she continued to run her mouth. I don't know if the owner of this establishment is aware that this type of behavior occurs there. If he/she does.. Shame on them. I will be calling to try to find out. I will also be making this known on every form of social media I can find... And, I will be contacting the Health Department. If you want to take a chance if being treated this way.. check this place out. If not, I guarantee you there are PLENTY of places in town that have better looking food, and FAR SUPERIOR SERVICE!"

"Don't get your car washed here, terrible customer service! The wash is expensive for what you get and the guy did a terrible job scrubbing and drying. My rims looked like crap and there were water spots all over my car. After I vacuumed my car I asked him if I could borrow a rag to do my rims and he told me no and have a nice day, what a jackass! Had he done a better job I wouldn't need to borrow his stupid rag, I had to go home and finish the job he was paid to do. Will not be returning to this car wash ever!"
