"I really wanted to leave a better review. For the most part everyone that works here seems nice and like they want to be helpful. But they after the friendly aesthetic fades, they are just there trying to get you for as much money as they can and it doesn’t matter if they actually help you. I went in for a coolant leak and they charged the usual $100 diagnostic. They say they found a the leak, will do a flush but also listed about a dozen other things that might need attention. One was I needed an oil change, although I had just gotten one a month earlier. Lots of other stuff like engine mounts and some tune up stuff was listed but I just went with getting my coolant leak fixed because all the other stuff could be fixed bit by bit. Although looking at their suggestion for oil change right after already having one, makes it seems like they probably just listed stuff so they could charge me for another service. So they say they fix my coolant leak and did a flush. Pay about $400 and am just happy I get my car back. Fast forward 2 months later and yet again I am having a coolant leak. Don’t know how and why this is happening if I already paid to get this fixed. Take it back to this location hoping to take advantage of any of warranty from the past fix. They waive the diagnostic fee, all of $100, and then say they find the leak but it’s different from last time so it’s not under warranty. Needing my car back since I work 2 jobs and in a time crunch from missing a shift or 2 do to the car situation, I end up paying again and just being fine with it being fixed. Another $500 there way. Fast forward a few weeks after that fix and guess what. Coolant is leaking worse than the last few times. I take it back and am furious over the fact it’s still not fixed. Wrote a email before I went about how it should be fixed, comped, and made right. They manager emailed me to bring it in. Here I am thinking she might want to help me since it was the same problem she said was fixed. Take it in, yet again waive the diagnostic, and a few hours later they reveal I should have basically the whole coolant system redone excluding replacing the radiator. Just so they make sure the coolant leak if fully fixed. Half the stuff was marked as not leaking or showing no signs of fault. But just to replace in case. After already spending $900 and missing out on work due to this leak being ever present, I do not want to pay any more money if I’m gonna be right back here. Yet here they are wanting all this work done for another $1500/$2000. No discount for their previous work and diagnostics not being up to par. No warranty. No discount for using them yet again. No good customer service with making things right for a paying customer that has trusted them. I did call the manager about how they aren’t fixing what they missed or at least helping make this right. She just kept repeating it’s a new issue so no way it can be under warranty and how she is offering all this additional service to make sure it doesn’t happen again. But it’s not offering in the sense of fixing the problem but just another way for me to pay them yet again. I say no and then pick up my car because I’m done with these con artists. I end up taking the car to a friend who diagnosis the problem, fixes it in under a hour, with tools and products that are under $30. Plus looked at half the other stuff on their list of things needed work on, says none of them look needed at all. I have my car fixed and it’s amazing. Definitely recommend my mechanic friend. But by all means, stay as far away from this place. They might seem nice and helpful, but they will try to find every way possible to get more and more money from you. You will keep having to go back and they will keep finding some other issue that probably are completely fine. Don’t take it here for oil changes or to have a problem fixed. They don’t take care or help their customers, they aren’t trustworthy, and the prices aren’t worth any of it!"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seriously I’d rather drive 30m to Boulder City than return here. I enjoyed the gal at the front desk very kind & professional. However not happy with the prices and estimates. I had an issue with my car that a mechanic previously looked at but was overbooked. The estimates given here were at least $300 more than other places. Plus an extra $3,000+ for other things I didn’t inquire about. Then charging 100$ to even look at the car. It seems as they value profit over customer consideration. If you’re looking for a great place with reasonable prices, great service & transparency check out Auto Care Essentials on Boulder HWY."

"I walk in and ask for a simple oil change. The price was fantastic but I was told I was not aloud to stay in my vehicle. I was also told it would take the lady 1 to 1.5 hours to get the oil change done.. in what universe would an oil change ever take that long. I went up the street to jiffy lube was able to stay in my car and it took 20 mins .."
