They even managed to cut the contour of the flooring to match our fireplace. Their initial bid was a bit high but we negotiated to a better price for us with no apparent effect on the quality of work."
"We had Precision Flooring provide our contractor with carpet and flooring for a cabin remodel. Communication throughout the quoting exercise was great, although there were a couple of hidden charges that we went back-and-forth on. The actual amount of carpet and flooring ordered by their estimator was significantly in excess of what we needed, but after some discussion the company owned their mistake and took back the excess material (which is definitely not the typical practice for carpet...). Some hiccups along the way, but a generally constructive experience and it's nice to be able to give business to a local, family-owned outfit. I'd give them my business again."
