"R/F ABS sensor on my 5 month old RV detached the sensor head. Not a big deal, pop off the tire, remove two 8 mm bolts, disconnect the harness and swap it out. Called to schedule an appointment and instantly felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. “We don’t have a jack that can raise the rig”. My coach has leveling jacks that can not only raise the entire RV off the ground but hold it there, I’ll raise it and you can put a jackstand under it”. “We don’t have a large impact gun”. No worries, I have one you can use, get the part coming and we can set an appointment around its arrival. “We can’t order a part until we run a diagnostic”. I can send you pictures of the code as well as the sensor that clearly shows it’s failed. “You can order and purchase the part and IF being in two pieces qualifies for warranty, you can ask Ford for reimbursement”. Craig was a friendly sort but the mechanic giving him guidance steered him wrong. I’d fix it myself but letting Ford dodge their warranty obligations just doesn’t settle well with me. Good luck to future customers!"

"Scheduled an appointment for June 6th at 8am. When I got there. They said I had no appointment and it would be 3 months until I can get an oil change. Seriously, never setting a foot in that circus ever again. So, my wife was wanting a new vehicle and due to there lack of intelligence (mouth breathers), I bought her a vehicle from Reno and would you believe they delivered it here to me in Fallon. Here a couple of pics."
